Pass Guarantee
Pass Guarantee
Do the work, sit the exam, and if you do not pass we refund every dollar.
Last updated September 27, 2026.
Train the way we lay it out, sit the NCE, and if you do not pass on your first attempt after joining, you get your money back. All of it, up to $299.
This is our promise, not the NBCRNA’s. CRNA Dojo is an independent study resource and has no role in scoring or administering your exam.
What you have to do
Three things, all visible on your own dashboard as you go.
- Finish 75% of the lessons. That is 74 of the 98, marked complete in My Training.
- Average 70% or better across your simulation exams. At least two full simulations must be finished and counted.
- Answer at least 1,000 practice questions in Quick Practice.
All three have to be met before your exam date, on a paid plan.
If you do not pass
- Email support@crnadojo.com within 30 days of your exam date.
- Attach your official NBCRNA result showing the failed attempt, with your name visible.
- We check your account against the three benchmarks above.
- If it all lines up, we refund 100% of what you paid, up to $299, within 5 to 7 business days, to the original payment method.
The fine print
- It covers your first NCE attempt after you join, not retakes.
- Free accounts are not covered. You have to have paid.
- One refund per person.
- Your access ends when the refund is issued. That is the trade: you keep the money, we keep the material.
- We refund what you actually paid. If you bought Monthly and paid for two months, that is what comes back.
- Sharing your login, or benchmarks met by anyone other than you, voids it.
Why we can offer this
Because the benchmarks are the whole trick. Nobody who finishes 74 lessons, answers a thousand questions, and averages 70% across full simulations is walking into that exam unprepared. If you do all of that and still fail, we did not do our job, and you should not be out the money.
Do this before your exam, not after: check My Training and Proving Grounds to confirm your lesson count, question count and simulation average. We cannot retroactively credit work that was never recorded on your account.
